How long does shipping take for complete bicycles?

Complete bikes typically ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure your bike arrives safely.

Do the bikes come fully assembled?

Bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.

What is your return policy on parts and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused parts and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that installed components or custom-built wheels are not eligible for return.

How do I determine the right frame size for me?

Each product page features a specific size chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for better stability.

Do you offer professional maintenance services?

Yes, our physical storefront offers full-service repairs, custom builds, and seasonal tune-ups. For online customers, we provide digital guides and video tutorials for basic maintenance.

Are the products covered by a warranty?

All new bikes and components are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Powers Bike Shop also provides a 1-year limited warranty on our custom assembly and labor.
