At Powers Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit for your ride, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to ensure it meets our return standards, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
